- Assist to draft various documents;- Follow up the assignment work, and give the feedback in time;- Organize meeting and write meeting minutes;- Be responsible for general administrative duties including mail processing, business travel arrangements for GM, document management;- Be responsible for arranging the working meal and other consumables;- Conduct the arrangement of shuttle bus and the company car;- Book hotel, flight tickets or other itinerary for employee or visitors;- Maintain the facilities and equipment in office; coordinate with the outsourcing company in the daily management of the cleaners and security guards;- Prepare the invitation letter for foreign visitors and handle any visa related issue for employees;- Support to organize various employee activities in DST;- Fulfill other tasks assigned for any necessary.
