崗位職責(zé)
1、 負(fù)責(zé)前臺(tái)部的管理工作，實(shí)施營(yíng)銷計(jì)劃，完成經(jīng)營(yíng)指標(biāo)；
2、 建立和完善前臺(tái)部的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度及服務(wù)程序與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)并督導(dǎo)實(shí)施；
3、組織和實(shí)施前臺(tái)部員工的服務(wù)技術(shù)培訓(xùn)工作提高員工素質(zhì)，為店樹立良好的形象和聲譽(yù)；
4、建立良好的客戶關(guān)系，處理賓客的投訴事宜，提高服務(wù)質(zhì)量；
5、負(fù)責(zé)下屬人員的日常督導(dǎo)和管理工作，年終對(duì)下屬進(jìn)行績(jī)效評(píng)估。
6、完成上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交給的其他工作。
任職資格
1、年齡25-35大學(xué)?？苹蛞陨蠈W(xué)歷，管理專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2、良好的組織溝通能，英語(yǔ)會(huì)話流利。
3、具有2年以上前臺(tái)管理相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
4、掌握前臺(tái)各項(xiàng)業(yè)務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化操作程序、知識(shí)、了解顧客心理和推銷技巧
