崗位目標Objective of Function
支持設(shè)備日常設(shè)備維護工作及新設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試。Support daily maintenance of machine, and , fixing and debugging the new machines

崗位職責(zé)Main Responsibilities
1.協(xié)助機械維修工和電氣維修工對無法解決的復(fù)雜設(shè)備故障進行分析和排除
Assist machine and electric maintenance man to analyze and eliminate unsolved complicated machine malfunction.
2.參與公司新項目中設(shè)備的設(shè)計、方案認可、技術(shù)協(xié)議簽訂、設(shè)備制作監(jiān)控；
As a part of management level in machine design, authorization of scheme, endorsing technical agreement and overseeing manufacture of machine for new project.
3.參加新增設(shè)備的安裝調(diào)試及驗收工作，并做好從試制到投產(chǎn)的銜接；
Take part in fixing and debugging new machines and acceptance check, linking trial-manufacture up to puting into production successfully.
4.負責(zé)編制和維護設(shè)備標準化作業(yè)單、潤滑圖表、巡檢作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書、設(shè)備保養(yǎng)作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和設(shè)備點檢保養(yǎng)；
In charge of establishing and maintaining standardization job step for machine, lubrication chart, inspecting standard operation, machine maintenance standard operation and machine-check.
5.對設(shè)備的工作原理進行分析，編寫培訓(xùn)教材，對設(shè)備操作工進行操作培訓(xùn)，對設(shè)備維修人員進行技術(shù)培訓(xùn)；
Analyses working principle of machine, write training textbook,in charge of training machine operator how to handle and machine maintenance man technically.
6.負責(zé)公司設(shè)備設(shè)施維護計劃的制定、實施監(jiān)督并對維護效果進行評估；
In charge of establishing maintenance plan for machine and facility at plant, actualizing supervisal and evaluating maintenance effect.
7.對設(shè)備運行中暴露出來的不安全因素，或是為提高生產(chǎn)效率、降低員工的勞動強度及提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量而制定改進措施并督促實施并進行效果評訂；
Establish measure of improvement for unsafe factors exposing at the time of machine production, or in order to advance production efficiency, reduce workers’ labor intensity and improve quality of production；supervise and urge actualizing；and evaluate the effect.
8.負責(zé)備件安全庫存、日常計劃的制訂和備件國產(chǎn)化改進工作；
In charge of stock spare part safely, map out the daily grind, and improve localization of machine spare part.
9.承擔(dān)公司相關(guān)FES文件以及TS1694標準要求的管理責(zé)任，確保FES文件的有效運行，并不斷在部門內(nèi)完善FES文件中的相關(guān)程序及其應(yīng)用。
Responsible for the FES documents and TS1694 standard related management, ensure the effective operating of the FES documents, and constantly perfect the FES relevant procedures and applications
10.對所有設(shè)備故障進行評估和分析，并制定改進措施；
Evaluate and analyze all machine malfunctions and establish improvement step.

教育
Education學(xué)歷 Education: 大學(xué)專科以上（含大學(xué)?？疲゛bove or incl. degree of academy
專業(yè)背景 Background: 機械、電氣或相關(guān)專業(yè) Mechanical engineering, electric engineering or concerned specialty

經(jīng)歷
Job experience八年以上的設(shè)備維護經(jīng)驗 minimum 8 years or above experiences of facility maintenance
