?Responsible for Leasing Agreement evaluations in Realty projects, lay down strong foundation of Realty negotiation
?Provide and develop lease agreement evaluation tools with consistent standard and clear criteria.
?Conduct review of lease agreement, clarify appropriate value transparently.
?Negotiate must-have contract clause and favorable commercial terms with target developer/Landlords for succeed deals.

Qualifications:
?Bachelor Degree and above
?Above 8 years RE and retail experience
?Legal or consultant background or experience is a plus
?Positive and active ownership working style
?High leadership talent potential
?Good communication and negotiation skills
?Fluent English and mandarin listening, reading, speaking and writing skills.
