主要工作Main missions:
1、試驗設備的認識及安裝Knowledge and install of test equipments
熟悉試驗區(qū)域內(nèi)的試驗設備,并且能夠根據(jù)試驗方法安裝試驗設備
Good knowledge in test equipment in defined test area. Install test equipments according to test methods.

2、試驗、試驗方法開發(fā)及編寫試驗報告Test、development test method and writing test report
在規(guī)定的試驗場地按照試驗方法進行試驗和開發(fā)新實驗方法. 并且依據(jù)NEVS的規(guī)范編寫
試驗報告
Responsible for executing test according to test method and develop new test methods in a defined test area. And write test reports according to NEVS documentation standard with responsibility for analyze of the result.

3、公務出差Business trip
到國內(nèi)和國外測試場出差。
Traveling to both national and international test sites.

4、內(nèi)部支持及輔助Inter support and assistance
協(xié)助并與設計部門進行緊密合作.并且協(xié)助完成相關的預算工作
Support and work closely with the design department. And support with input for budget work.

5、知識共享knowledge sharing
參與相關的技術論壇，對于試驗開發(fā)有相關經(jīng)驗教訓整理、總結和分享。
Participate in the related technology BBS，summarize and share the relevant experience about development test.
6、部門領導要求的其他相關支持工作
Other relevant supporting work required by department leader
附加或特殊工作任務Specific missions and results:
直屬經(jīng)理交給的其他臨時任務 Other temporary task arranged by line manager
任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1.大學本科或以上學歷，機械、化工、材料、汽車類相關專業(yè)；
Bachelor or above, machinery，Chemical engineering, Materials，Automobile and relevant major.
2.英語四級以上，能看懂相關法律法規(guī)、企業(yè)/國家標準及英文資料；
CET-4 or above，Understand relevant laws and regulations、enterprise or national standards and English files.
3.2~5年以上電器電子試驗開發(fā)相關檢測工作經(jīng)驗；
Have been engaged about electrical electronic development test for at least 2~5 year.
4.正直誠信，責任心強，良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)組織管理能力，良好的團隊合作精神，具有較強的壓力承擔能力；
Integrity and compliance ;high sense of responsibility；Good communication,coordination and management skills；teamwork and pressure resistance ability
5良好的英語聽說讀寫能力。
Fluent English communication in listening，writing and speaking.
