主要工作Main missions:
1、計(jì)劃制定和執(zhí)行Material Plan Establishment and Implementation
監(jiān)督收集試制計(jì)劃，監(jiān)督制定并審核試制相關(guān)的物料、試制計(jì)劃，確保計(jì)劃的準(zhǔn)確性和合理性；監(jiān)督和控制物料計(jì)劃與生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行結(jié)果，保證物流與試制生產(chǎn)的有序進(jìn)行。
Supervise and collect the pilot plan, supervise the formulation and review of the plant related materials, test plan, and ensure the accuracy and rationality of the plan; Monitor and control the implementation of material plan and production plan to ensure the orderly process of logistics and production.
2、 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)/切換物料相關(guān)事宜Launch / Balance out performance
指導(dǎo)并協(xié)調(diào)開發(fā)與運(yùn)營(yíng)項(xiàng)目中的新項(xiàng)目物流活動(dòng)。
Directs and coordinates development and operation of the Advanced Manufacturing activities within the projects.
確保、支持和發(fā)展公司的物流系統(tǒng), 優(yōu)化新項(xiàng)目物流活動(dòng)開展的流程。
Ensures, supports, and develops plant’s logistics system, Optimizes the new project’s logistics activities process.
安排的新項(xiàng)目物流任務(wù)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量管理。
Arrange new project logistics tasks for quality management.
3、運(yùn)費(fèi)監(jiān)督和控制Transportation Cost Tracking And Control
及時(shí)掌握由于計(jì)劃變更而產(chǎn)生的額外費(fèi)用并分析原因。
Fully understand the premium freight due to schedule change and analysis the root case.
降低額外運(yùn)費(fèi)。
Premium freight reductio.
4、物料管理和評(píng)估Material management and evaluation
負(fù)責(zé)在部門里實(shí)施物料管理自我評(píng)審，并根據(jù)自評(píng)結(jié)果實(shí)施改進(jìn)。
Responsible for implementing material management self-assessment in department, and implement improvement of self-evaluation.
負(fù)責(zé)危險(xiǎn)品、有毒有害物品的運(yùn)輸、儲(chǔ)存、保管，負(fù)責(zé)建立危險(xiǎn)物料清單，收集危險(xiǎn)物料的MSDS及相關(guān)資料的張貼工作。
Be responsible for transfer, storage the dangerous , poisonous, hazards goods, checklist of the dangerous gather the MSDS of the dangerous chemical goods and release the information in the warehouse..

任職資格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
1.大學(xué)本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、化工、材料、汽車類相關(guān)專業(yè)；
Bachelor or above, machinery，Chemical engineering, Materials，Automobile and relevant major.
2.英語(yǔ)四級(jí)以上，能看懂相關(guān)法律法規(guī)、企業(yè)/國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及英文資料；
CET-4 or above，Understand relevant laws and regulations、enterprise or national standards and English files
3.四年以上在制造行業(yè)的物料運(yùn)輸、訂購(gòu)&管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉相關(guān)工作流程；
Over 4 years experience in material transportation, ordering & management in manufacturing industry, familiar with relevant working procedures;
4.正直誠(chéng)信，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，良好的溝通、協(xié)調(diào)組織管理能力，良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，具有較強(qiáng)的壓力承擔(dān)能力；
Integrity and compliance ;high sense of responsibility；Good communication,coordination and management skills；teamwork and pressure resistance ability
5良好的英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力。
Fluent English communication in listening，writing and speaking.
