Roles and Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the overall project management of GES new equipment development through engineering stages to manufacturing ramp up.
2.Main contact window with customer on any project related activities.
3.Develop relationships directly with customer teams including process engineering, equipment engineering, production and supply chain management.
4.Understand customer’s application and development requirements and take full ownership for deliverables per customer’s schedule.
5.Coordinate with internal team to ensure all project deliverables meet customer demand in timely and cost effective manner.
6.Follow the customer and GES development process and ensure compliance of team members.
7.Define the whole project timeline based on the tasks to be performed.
8.Partner with engineering teams to perform First Article Inspection of mechanical parts and subassemblies, and system capability evaluation.
9.Develop the overall management of project risks and opportunities with adequate contingencies and mitigation plans.
10.Communicate and report project status and engineering activities to customer and internal team.
11.Understand critical technical details of the equipment and application to effectively communicate with customer and engineering team.
12.Manage change in mechanical parts, SW and function, and ensure correct execution by supplier and final deployment in equipment.
13.Lead the technical and systematic solution for any problem during project stages.
14.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
1.Education
？Degree in Engineering preferably in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electronics
2.Experience
？At least 3-5 years of Project Management experience in equipment design and manufacturing in the electronics or semiconductor industry
3.Knowledge & Skills
？Strong project management knowledge. PMP certification will be an added advantage.
？Advanced language skills in English (both spoken and written) is a MUST. Able to speak other languages will be an added advantage.
？Able to communicate confidently at all levels (higher management, customers, peers, workers).
？Strong leadership skills and ability to positively influence others to achieve results of the projects.
？Proficiency in the use of computers for Project Planning and Scheduling (e.g. MS Project), Spreadsheets (e.g. MS Excel), Word Processing (e.g. MS Word), Email and Internet.
？Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
？Strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills.
4. Other Requirements
？Able to work under stress environment and decision making capability.
？Willing to travel as instructed
