崗位職責(zé)：
-Manage develop team, responsible for training and management team members.
-Communicate with project managers, testers and other support teams.
-Resolve critical issues, provide professional support for team members.
-Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
-Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
-Write well designed, testable, efficient code.
-Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
-Prepare and produce releases of software components.
-Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

任職要求：
-4+ years’ development experience， 3+years’ team leader experience.
-Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
-Good exposure on Struts/JSP services/Jquery/Ajax/HTML5/CSS3, Json-based UI rendering
-Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
-Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies
-Experience in the Spring Framework
-Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (Struts, Spring MVC)
-Experience with test-driven development
-Hands on Redis, Nginx would be an advantage
