職責描述：
The Reginonal Manager will be responsible for:
1、To expand assigned regional market with Aohua products to potential distributors and customer groups
2、To manage and support distributors of assigned region
3、To explore new promising overseas market, and to enhance Aohua product recognition in the local area
4、To present Aohua in professional fairs and exhibitions, represent Aohuas values and integrity
5、To analyze market and competitor, create sales and market plans to match companys yearly target
6、Handle other duties and responsibilities as they are periodically assigned or requested.

Job qualification:
1、Bachelor degree or above
2、International Economics and Trade, Bio-medical, Clinical & Medicals and other related field
3、Minimum 2 years working experience in management and 3 years in international sales, sales experience in Medical Device field, especially in Flexible Endoscopy is preferred
4、Proficient in both oral and written English
5、Familiar with computer and office software
6、Excellent capability in business expansion and account management,Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and manage own time effectively
7、Self motivated and good teamwork spirit
8、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English,Good presentation and negotiation skills.
