負(fù)責(zé)客戶投訴的收集，調(diào)查，記錄和反饋
協(xié)調(diào)商務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)和生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)改進(jìn)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)質(zhì)量以及客戶的滿意度
支持或負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部、外部、客戶審核以及后續(xù)相應(yīng)的糾正措施 運(yùn)用質(zhì)量工具維護(hù)質(zhì)量體系的持續(xù)性和有效性
通過(guò)跨部門溝通和培訓(xùn)傳遞質(zhì)量意識(shí)
任職要求：
專科學(xué)歷及以上， 生物相關(guān)專業(yè)
2年以上質(zhì)量管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
