崗位職責(zé):
1、公司提供優(yōu)質(zhì)客戶資源，通過電話及面訪向?qū)W員推薦國際財經(jīng)課程及解決方案，完成公司既定的銷售指標(biāo)。（無需開發(fā)客戶，無需外出）
The company will provide high-quality customer resources, through the phone and interview to recommend the international top financial courses and solutions for the students, and complete the companys established sales targets.
2、保持與顧客學(xué)員的良好溝通與聯(lián)系，協(xié)助項目負責(zé)人做好各部門的溝通
keep good communication with the students and contact, assist the project leader to have a good communication with the Department.

任職要求：
1、專科及以上學(xué)歷，1年以上教育培訓(xùn)行業(yè)經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
College degree or above, more than 1 years of education and training industry experience is preferred
2、熱情開朗，積極主動，具備專業(yè)的銷售技巧和良好的創(chuàng)造能力；
Warm and cheerful, proactive, with professional sales skills and good ability to create
3、優(yōu)秀的溝通表達能力，普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，親和力強；
Excellent communication skills, standard Mandarin, strong affinity
4、工作勤奮，心態(tài)樂觀，抗壓力強，具有良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力和應(yīng)變能力；
Hard-working, optimistic attitude, strong resistance to stress, with good learning ability and adaptability
5、有強烈的客戶服務(wù)意識及團隊合作能力；
Strong sense of customer service and team work ability

薪資提成：
Salary commission:
無責(zé)任底薪+季度獎金+高額無上限銷售提成
Basic salary + quarterly bonus + High Commission without limit
2016年度員工月薪平均1W-1.5W， 80%員工月薪過萬！
2016 annual staff average salary is 1W-1.5W, 80% employees a monthly salary of over ten thousand!
