Take HR responsibility for the full cycle of recruitment process and talent pool management.3. Lead the team to provide professional advice and services on staff compensation and benefits related matters4. Manage employee exit process and conduct exit interview with leaving staff when necessary 5. Take HR responsibility for the full cycle of recruitment process and talent pool management 6. Maintain recruitment and employment records and conduct data analysis and prepare recruitment and employment reports regularly for manager to review7. Develop, organize and promote staff engagement projects/activities to increase internal communications and enrich engaging culture8. Support manager to deliver projects and lead projects when asked. Support the implementation of projects led by other HR teams when needed.About You1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Marketing, Communication, English or other related discipline2. Excellent analytical skills and relationship-building skills 3. Excellent planning and time management skills4. Excellent communication and responsive skills - verbal, written and presentation in English5. Proficient computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office) 6. Good collaboration and coordination skills7. Relevant HR experience Project management and change management experience
