職責(zé)描述：
1、方案編寫(xiě)：與多個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)線團(tuán)隊(duì)人員合作，理解和分析客戶需求，編寫(xiě)項(xiàng)目方案并投標(biāo)；
2、項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和管理：在項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的指導(dǎo)下執(zhí)行和實(shí)施智慧水務(wù)項(xiàng)目，管控項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度，預(yù)算，風(fēng)險(xiǎn)和移交成果，監(jiān)控項(xiàng)目日常進(jìn)度和存在問(wèn)題；
3、供水管網(wǎng)建模或排水管網(wǎng)模型：模型建立和校核，以及在線模型的配置；
4、服務(wù)支持：提供水行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)方案的支持，包括給予客戶的系統(tǒng)方案日常的運(yùn)營(yíng)支持；
5、客戶管理管理：協(xié)助維護(hù)客戶關(guān)系并參加與客戶的會(huì)議。

任職要求：
1、大學(xué)本科或以上；
2、2年以上水行業(yè)工作經(jīng)歷并有項(xiàng)目管理的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；有能力組織和協(xié)調(diào)相關(guān)資源在規(guī)定時(shí)間和預(yù)算范圍內(nèi)內(nèi)實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)和移交；具有必要的經(jīng)驗(yàn)?zāi)軌蚴占?，分析?shù)據(jù)資料并進(jìn)行方案設(shè)計(jì)編寫(xiě)；有在智慧水務(wù)相關(guān)公用事業(yè)單位工作經(jīng)歷者（智慧供水，智慧排水，智慧海綿城市等）優(yōu)先；
3、具有較強(qiáng)的準(zhǔn)備項(xiàng)目案例和方案，以及標(biāo)書(shū)的能力，對(duì)智慧水務(wù)有必要的理解；
4、項(xiàng)目管理、客戶關(guān)系管理；
5、熟悉微軟Office軟件使用和必要的水力建模軟件；
6、良好的英文口語(yǔ)和書(shū)寫(xiě)者優(yōu)先；
7、較強(qiáng)的面向客戶和溝通技能，并具有與各業(yè)務(wù)層面同事及外部客戶的高效協(xié)商能力；
8、全職，具有團(tuán)隊(duì)精神，獨(dú)立和靈活的工作能力 – 愿意出差。

Job Description

1、Collaborating with diverse business teams to understand and analyze requirements, write proposals and response to tender；

2、Under PM’s guidance, execute the successful implementation of Smart Water projects, managing schedule, budget, risk, resources and outcomes

Monitoring and regular reporting of project schedule and issues；

3、Model building and calibration, on-line modelling configuration；

4、Providing support of business related solutions, including daily operations of solutions with client；

5、Assisting relationship maintenance with customers and participating customer meetings


Qualification

1、University graduate or above

2、2+ years in the Water Industry and has experience in Project Management; proven ability to lead and manage necessary resources to achieve the delivery of projects within specified time frames and budget

Necessary experience on requirement gathering, analysis and solution design

Utilities industry exposure strongly preferred, smart utility (such as smart water, smart drainage, smart sponge city etc.) solution experience will be a significant advantage

3、Strong ability to write business cases, proposals and response to tender

Have necessary understanding of smart water

Good customer service skill and attitude, have worked smart water in the past

5、Familiar with MS Office products, necessary hydraulic modelling tools

6、Good verbal and written English preferred

7、Strong client facing and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the business and external customers
