Main Responsibilities/主要職責：1. Order Income for assigned customers in the Sales Unit / Sales Region完成所負責銷售區(qū)域內(nèi)指定客戶銷售額2. Based on the company's dealer project management policy, manage the performance of assigned dealers, including resolution to dealer conflict when multi-dealer is involved.根據(jù)公司的代理商項目管理政策，管理指定代理商的績效，包括在涉及多個代理商時解決經(jīng) 銷商沖突3. Regularly visit dealers and their key customers, provide necessary guidance to the dealer's sales team, and enable the dealer’s our company related business to achieve sustained growth.定期拜訪代理商及其重點客戶，對代理商的銷售團隊進行必要的指導，使代理商的我司相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)實現(xiàn)持續(xù)增長。4. Provide necessary support to project dealers during the bid project, including technical & commercial coordination.對于招投標項目，給予項目經(jīng)銷商必要的技術(shù)和商務(wù)協(xié)調(diào)支持。5. Manage the necessity and justification of signing up new dealers either when replacing or retaining the existing dealer(s).管理和判斷簽約新代理商的能力。6. Cooperate with other department to organize the workshop and training activity.與其他部門合作組織交流會以及代理商培訓等活動。Job Requirement/職位要求：1.Have the experience of doing business with high energy consuming industry, such as Cement, Glass, Power plant, Petrochemical, Steel, etc. or government customer, such as EPD (Environment Protection Department), CSEI (Special Equipment Inspection), Metrology Institute, etc. with industrial electrical equipment or instrument knowledge & professional sales skills.具有和高耗能企業(yè)客戶（例如水泥、玻璃、發(fā)電廠、石化、鋼鐵等等），或政府類客戶（例如環(huán)監(jiān)、特檢、計量院等等）進行業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗，具備工業(yè)電子設(shè)備或儀器的知識及專業(yè)銷售技能2. Prefer to have both direct sales & dealer management experience.既有直銷經(jīng)驗，也有代理商管理經(jīng)驗3. Excellent presentation, communication skills. Be good at grasping key points in complex situations優(yōu)秀的表達、溝通能力，善于在復雜的情況中抓住重點4.Work diligently and proactively, result oriented.工作踏實積極，以結(jié)果為導向5.Good English communication, written and spoken (English Cert 4 or above)較好的英語交流、說寫能力（英語四級水平）6.Proficient in office software (PPT, EXCEL)能熟練應用辦公室軟件（PPT, EXCEL）7.
