職責(zé)描述：1.Manufacturing process quality Control, process audit.制程質(zhì)量管控(IQC,IPQC, FQC, OQC)以及過(guò)程審核。2.Inspectors' management and to **** quality issue.負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)檢員的工作安排，確認(rèn)質(zhì)量異常。3.Responsible for inspection instruction and standard.負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)指導(dǎo)書(shū)的制作以及檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的制定。4.Continuous improvement to reduce the reject, scrap and quality cost with the team.負(fù)責(zé)不良，報(bào)廢及其他質(zhì)量事宜的持續(xù)改善。5.Organize Weekly/Monthly quality meeting both for internal and external quality with the team to define ****s to improve.負(fù)責(zé)組織質(zhì)量周會(huì)，月會(huì)的檢討。6.Segregated parts’ management.負(fù)責(zé)不良品的管理和處置。7.QC training for multi-function matrix BC.負(fù)責(zé)質(zhì)檢員包括多功能員工的質(zhì)量方面的培訓(xùn)8.Product quality containment and breakpoint management if necessary負(fù)責(zé)制程遏制措施和斷點(diǎn)的管理。9.6S Management in Quality.涉及質(zhì)量的6S 的管理。任職要求：1.At least 3 years of working experience as a quality supervisor.至少3年的質(zhì)量主管工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。2.Familiar with ISO9000 /TS16949 熟悉ISO9000體系。最好是熟悉TS16949。技能要求：1.Systemic problem solving skills / 系統(tǒng)分析和解決問(wèn)題2.Strong knowledge of ISO9000 /深度熟悉ISO90003.Prefer in Experiences of TS/IATF 16949 system / 熟悉IATF16949 優(yōu)先4.Prefer in Experiences of VDA. / 熟悉VDA 優(yōu)先個(gè)人背景：1.Good working attitude 良好的工作態(tài)度和敬業(yè)精神2.Good team spirit 良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。
